As the Director of Development at Genesys Works, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in non-profit management and fundraising to create and implement strategic plans that drive growth and impact. I am passionate about empowering volunteers, donors, and stakeholders to make a difference in the lives of young people. I have successfully created and implemented stewardship matrices, streamlined internal operations, and elevated communication to increase transparency and engagement. I also have a strong background in relationship building, social issues, and non-profit management. My goal is to continue to make a positive impact in the non-profit sector and support the mission of Genesys Works.
