As the EVP and Chief Growth Officer at Kinsgtree Ventures, I drive transformative growth in revenue, brand awareness, client relationships, and employee development across our portfolio of companies, including one of the largest independent media agencies, USIM, to one of the fastest growing business consultancies, MatrixPoint. My career journey has allowed me to harness a diverse skill set encompassing strategy, branding, new business development, account management, media planning, advanced technology, and marketing. By leveraging this multidisciplinary expertise, I've pioneered cutting-edge branding and marketing approaches that streamline operations, generate brand awareness, resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, and incite action. These efforts have consistently contributed to substantial growth, with a track record of over $3 billion in billings for world-class marketing agencies and brands. I've also founded a consultancy, launched a music label, and spearheaded a streaming sports platform. These experiences have honed my ability to innovate and adapt to evolving markets. Informing my efforts is an international, multicultural perspective that comes from being part of a Belgian family, growing up in England and Holland, marrying a Persian, and having dual citizenship in the U.S. and France.
