AI-enabled technical operator

I spent more than five years on the product development team at WeaveGrid, with roles in engineering, operations, and product. In my time at the company, we grew from a baby startup landing our first deal to several million in ARR and thousands of vehicles on the platform. I was previously a partner at The Data Guild, a venture studio that co-creates new businesses in life sciences, healthcare, demand-side energy, and other sectors that bear on social and environmental impact. After receiving my PhD in computational neuroscience from MIT in 2008, I co-founded two companies based on probabilistic inference; both were backed by the crazy folks at Founders Fund. The second, Prior Knowledge, was acquired by Salesforce in late 2012. I live in Berkeley, CA with my wife and daughters.
