“If everything seems under control, you're not going fast enough.” - Mario Andretti Joseph has over a decade of experience building successful product & design teams at early stage start-ups. As Head of Product at Pilotly, Joseph is creating new research solutions for major studios like Amazon, Netflix, and NBC. While at RepairPal, Joseph led all product & design, building a team of ten and accelerating revenue growth. Previously, Joseph held leadership roles and built teams at several early-stage startups, including Carlypso (sold to Carvana), TrueCar (IPO), and NerdWallet (employee #2). He began his career developing product strategy at Ford and Toyota, and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he also ran the MIT Motorsports Formula SAE team.
