Acoustician and sound engineer

Since 2004, I have been working with sound at a professional level. From 2013 to 2016, I took a degree to become an acoustician at the Technical University of Denmark, DTU. I work full-time as an acoustician but am at the same time freelancing as a sound engineer, which has brought me all around Europe. Mainly, I've worked with the Danish bands Go Go Berlin, Østkyst Hustlers and Jacob Dinesen, as well as larger theatre and musical productions. My expertise is mainly as a front-of-house engineer and sound designer. Still, I have experience in all parts of live music production, doing monitors, system design, etc. I've worked with most digital consoles and have deep knowledge of most professional equipment. I am an expert user of Pro Tools, QLab, and Smaart. As an acoustician, I am familiar with and have experience with relevant Danish laws and legislation regarding building- and room acoustics and noise. In light of my past in live sound reinforcement, I'm naturally interested in electroacoustic. I deeply understand the technology and the real-life interaction between electroacoustic and room- and building acoustics. I can work in Odeon, Ease, Zorba, Bastian, Insul, SoundPLAN and other more general applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, Excel and Visual Basic, as well as other applications where I am allowed to use my skills in programming.
