With over 19 years of experience in the payments and fintech industry, I am a motivated leader, strategist, problem solver, innovator, and expert relationship builder. As the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Heartland, a Global Payments company, I lead a team of talented professionals in developing and delivering cutting-edge products and solutions for commercial customers, leveraging my expertise in embedded finance, payment processing, cards, spend management, and transaction reporting. Prior to joining Heartland, I was the Vice President of Product and Engineering for Commercial Solutions at Mastercard, where I oversaw the strategy and implementation of various B2B services, including account management, accounts payables and receivables, and fintech partnerships. I also have a strong background in enterprise architecture, software development, and business development, having worked as the Chief Enterprise Architect - Payment Processing and APIs at Visa for over 16 years. I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from Colorado State University, and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. I am also the co-inventor of a patent on synchronization consensus token system and method.
