Andy G. Gandhi is a managing director and global leader of Kroll’s Data Insights and Forensics practice. A data risk and compliance specialist with more than 20 years of global experience, Andy specializes in providing clients innovative data solutions throughout the compliance, investigation, and litigation lifecycle. Andy leverages his expertise around the convergence of unstructured and structured data analytic technologies to reduce risk and provide rapid, efficient, and meaningful insight for his Corporate and Legal clients. These matters entail transactional data validation; information security controls; computer forensics (e.g. IP controls/theft); data governance and electronic discovery. More specifically, through Andy's significant experience in the US, Europe, and Asia he leverages global market and complex data expertise to assist corporations worldwide on data governance maturity (lineage/mapping/controls), compliance technology (jurisdictional money laundering, regulatory and privacy rules) and investigations related to fund misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, embezzlement, sabotage, intellectual property theft, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and other internal fraud issues. Mr. Gandhi actively supports engagements on behalf of corporate Legal, Compliance, and CDO/CISOs in clarifying and responding to Data compliance and governance requests for regulators such as the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, NYDFS, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
