I am an Endeavor Entrepreneur, mentor, strategic investor, advisor and board member to a handful of media, retail, canna and technology companies. As a serial entrepreneur, I have 30+ years of experience taking early-stage startups from ideation through scale up to IPO/ Exit. Since 2010, I have transitioned from corporate and business development executive to impact investor, advisor and Board Member. I manage a portfolio of personal investments that run the gamut from real estate to retail and media with a bent towards technology innovation and disruption. My most recent foray is into the shifting landscape of the legal cannabis market around the world through Entourage Effect Management. I am active in the South Florida start-up community as co-founder of www.miamiangels.vc. I am also active in several non-profits and enjoy mentoring young executives including participating in entrepreneurship programs at my alma maters. I hold a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Although I no longer practice, I am admitted in the NY, CT and Washington DC bars. I am a proud husband and father. As a family we are avid boaters, and I am an avid Skier. I am a member of the Miami/Ft Lauderdale Chapter of YPO Gold.
