Desde 2013 coordiné el mismo departamento en Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo como Socia hasta diciembre de 2022. En enero de 2023 fundo ASTROM Legal, despacho especializado en Responsabilidad Civil y Daños Personales, incluyendo reclamaciones transfronterizas derivadas del transporte de viajeros, negligencia médica, productos defectuosos así como la responsabilidad derivada de actividades de ocio y establecimientos hoteleros. Actúo habitualmente como experta en cuestiones de derecho español en procedimientos internacionales. Presidenta de PEOPIL (Organización Pan-Europea de Abogados Especializados en Daños Personales) desde octubre de 2021 y Co-Chair de la Sección internacional de la AAJ (American Association for Justice) hasta julio de 2022, soy también miembro de la Asociación Española de Abogados Especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguros y la UIA (Unión Internacional de Abogados). I became Associate in the London office of Irwin Mitchell in 2003 and Head of the Personal Injury team of Irwin Mitchell abogados in Spain in 2008. Since 2013 I led the same area in Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo as Partner until December 2022. In January 2023 I founded ASTROM Legal, a firm specialised in Personal and Insurance with specific expertise in travel and transport related claims, clinical negligence and product liability. I have extensive experience in catastrophic injuries, such as brain and spinal injuries and I am regularly instructed as expert witness on matters of Spanish law. I am President of PEOPIL (The Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers) since october 2021 and Co-Chair of the International Section of the AAJ (American Association for Justice) until July 2022. I am also a member of the Spanish Association of Lawyers Specialised in Civil Liability and Insurance and the UIA.
