With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes and access to innovative medical solutions. As the Senior Director of Payer Relations at Beta Bionics, I lead the development and execution of payer strategies and contracts for the first-ever bionic pancreas system, a breakthrough device that automates insulin delivery for people with diabetes. In my previous roles as a National Account Director at BD and embecta, I successfully managed key accounts and negotiated large-scale deals with major payers and providers, resulting in increased revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in analytics, sales, sales operations, and market access, as well as a BS in Molecular Biology/Chemistry from Marshall University and a certification in Business Analytics from The Wharton School.
