I have 10 years’ experience developing cross-functional talent programs and partnerships across SaaS, startup, technology, non-profit, and corporate ecosystems, creating pathways to tech for career-changing adults, early career and emerging talent, & underrepresented minorities. Knowing I get to help folks from all types of backgrounds find a career they love is what gets me up in the morning. I recently completed my MBA at Cornell University to further hone my leadership and management capabilities. When I'm not working or going to school, you might find me checking out a new coffee shop in Brooklyn, planning my next travel adventure, attempting a new cooking project, or finding the perfect produce at my local farmer's market.
