I am presently leading Neubele, an AI-powered, custom jewelry startup that is on a mission to radically transform the way we purchase gold jewelry. Prior to my current role, I founded Aslan Capital Advisors to provide strategic investment advice and business solutions to companies across industries and geographies. In addition, I executed high-profile M&A transactions for Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, White & Case LLP, and Pepper Hamilton LLP, where I led deals that won the M&A Atlas Awards for U.S.A. Private Equity Deal of the Year and Healthcare M&A Deal of the Year. I twice received the Immigration Equality Safe Haven Award for the successful pro bono representation of LGBTQ and HIV-positive asylum seekers, and I ran for U.S. Congress in 2020.
