Allie is a seasoned strategy and operations leader with experience driving growth, innovation, and impact. A passionate people leader, she is known for building strong teams and mentoring talent at all stages of their careers. Allie currently leads Product & Marketing at Ownify, a fintech startup expanding access to homeownership for first-time buyers. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at Deloitte Consulting, advising organizations on growth strategy, go-to-market design, operational efficiency, and large-scale transformations. Along the way, Allie earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, co-founded an impact fund, and partnered with various nonprofits and public sector agencies to expand equity and opportunity. In addition to her role at Ownify, Allie leads strategic projects with PollyLabs, repurposing proven technology to address global challenges such as humanitarian aid and sustainable food systems. She also serves on the board of a youth development nonprofit, is a formal career coach with Leland and Boston College, and competes as a powerlifter in New York City.
