As Managing Partner at RevUp Capital, he developed an innovative non-dilutive investment model that has attracted both investors and founders, now spanning a portfolio of 60+ revenue-driven companies. Allan’s “revenue-first” philosophy took shape while co-founding one of the top startup accelerators in the U.S. and investing in 90 pre-seed startups. A 4x founder himself, Allan thrives on working closely with fellow founders to improve their odds of success. In addition to his work at RevUp, Allan has championed innovation ecosystems through volunteer roles with IEEE, North Carolina CED, and as a Rhode Island Innovation Fellow. Allan is the proud father of two young adults, enjoys live jazz, and loves to explore the world through travel.
