
Ops and Supply Chain | Ex-Software QA Manager
I launched a 3-location restaurant chain in Ecuador. I learned how to build systems from scratch, solve real-world problems, and keep operations running under pressure. I managed QA for Teamflow, a virtual office startup. I transitioned QA from waterfall to agile, cutting the release cycle from 4 weeks to 2 days and improving defect rates by 55%. I also helped launch Lindy.ai, an AI product spun out of the same team. I hired, trained, and promoted QA team members, built test-driven workflows, and helped product and engineering teams move faster with clarity. I’ve led under pressure, scaled systems across industries, and worked cross-functionally to deliver results that stick. Now, I’m completing a B.S. in Supply Chain & Operations Management and working on my Six Sigma and CSCP certifications. My path isn’t traditional, and that’s what gives me an edge. I understand quality, scalability, and real-world operations, and I’m building toward global supply chain leadership.
