UX Research at Lyft

I am currently a UX Research Manager at Lyft, where I manage researchers working on the driver experience. While at Lyft I've had the opportunity to do research on many things, some of my favorites being the rider and driver pay experience, identity and fraud. Some features I have been particularly proud to influence include the Lyft Direct debit card, Lyft Cash, and Rides for Others. I have a PhD in Science and Technology Studies and Anthropology, for which I investigated how families use social media, video calling, messaging services, email and cell phones to connect and communicate.
