I am a full stack javascript / react native developer. In my projects / startups, I do focus on the users by solving their problems. Yes, when I hear someone complaining about specific issues, bad experiences, difficulties or not having deals that are easily accessible by an average user etc... Well that is music to my ears! I do listen carefully to the negative feedbacks and start instantly thinking of solutions! My starting point is this: > Can the "best deals with no hassle" be presented to the end-users > What is difficult, and how can I turn it into easy and friendly > Is there a momentum in space or am I just solving a problem for one person > Can the product or service turn into an experience > How can I monetize it In essence, problems are good but solving them is "GREAT"! I know with all the negativity that is surrounding us today, it's quite seductive to concentrate on positivity and tune down the bad things. But if you concentrate on bad and complicated feedbacks and experiences with one purpose which is to turn them into easy & friendly... You just made "negativity" take one step backwards! Best, Ali El Husseini
