Throughout my career, I’ve worked to strengthen foreign policy and democracy by expanding access, fostering inclusive dialogue, and promoting political innovation. From public diplomacy to political incubation, my work has focused on building meaningful connections and driving collaboration across borders, disciplines, and party lines.Currently, I serve as the Director of Programs & Strategic Partnerships at JoinPolitics, an incubator for political talent in Germany. I lead the organization’s strategic program portfolio, coaching candidates and elected officials and supporting civil society leaders driving issue advocacy and political innovation. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new places with my husband and my backpack, eating my way around the world, or hiking through the woods.I love meeting new people and exchanging ideas—so feel free to reach out and say hello!
