Hi! I’m a Senior Product Manager at New Relic with 10+ years of experience in Product Management and over 17 years in the tech industry. I’m passionate about using technology, communication, internet, and data to solve meaningful problems and drive positive change. My goal is to build impactful, user-centered solutions that truly make a difference. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oviedo and started my career as a software engineer, coding in Python and Ruby. This technical foundation has been key to my evolution as a product leader. Over time, I’ve developed strengths in product strategy, problem-solving, customer advocacy, team leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Prior to New Relic, I was a Senior Product Manager and Managing Director at Sweetspot, an enterprise reporting platform recognized by Gartner in 2016 and 2018 as a leading pure-play vendor in the Reporting and Dashboards space. Sweetspot was acquired by ClickDimensions (now Click) in 2019. I’m a strong believer in data-informed decision-making, combining quantitative analytics with qualitative customer feedback to guide strategy and prioritize effectively. By blending both perspectives, I ensure we’re solving the right problems, in the right way, for the people who matter most: our customers. Beyond product, I enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences as a speaker at industry events such as User Group Summit North America (Orlando, 2019) and MeasureCamp (London, 2014). Outside of work, I’m committed to advancing diversity and social inclusion—both within teams and in society more broadly. I believe real progress happens when we listen, learn, and grow together.
