A dedicated social media and technology nerd, Alex has spent the last decade working with global brands to help modernize them in the eyes of both enterprise and consumer audiences. With hands on keyboard experience as a community manager and a background in client services, Alex spent his agency years working storied, legacy brands such as GE, Scotts Miracle Gro, SAP, Olay, & others to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns rooted in culture and social media to drive true business results. He then worked at Pearson on the corporate brand marketing team, focused on marketing strategy and social media. In this brand role, he helped the company consolidate and improve its brand social presence while also modernizing its social strategy, editorial content, media, & governance at a corporate level. Alex now works at Microsoft where he oversees social media for Modern Work, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot and many of the widely used enterprise applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, & Excel. Outside of the workplace, Alex is an NYC native and avid explorer, always looking for new restaurants, museums, and photographic opportunities around the city while balancing that with his love for being a homebody who loves or demolishing his streaming queue.
