CEO & Co-Founder at Waydev
I’m a builder at heart. For the past 17+ years, I’ve been deep in the startup world - scaling teams, and solving messy problems with real impact. I founded Waydev to help engineering leaders understand the impact on their dev teams, and we’ve grown it into a platform used by Fortune 500s. Before Waydev, I led product and tech teams across multiple startups. I’ve been through the highs, the crashes, and everything in between. Applied to Y Combinator 13 times before getting in. I don’t believe in overnight success - just relentless iteration. I’m a member of the Forbes Tech Council, and I’ve published 50+ articles in places like Forbes, TechCrunch, and HackerNoon (where I was named Contributor of the Year for Agile & engineering leadership). I speak at events, write when I can, and share what I learn - especially when it’s hard. Outside work, I’ve finished 7 Ironman races. The mindset that gets you through mile 130 is the same one that gets you through year 7 of a startup: show up, even when it’s brutal. These days, I split my time between building, writing, and enjoying life with my amazing wife around the Bay Area.
