
Alexander Deleuse is a systems thinker and creative lead who understands brand and organizational transformation through the lens of depth psychology. In his work, he uses practices of self-inquiry to mine for undiscovered truths about the systems in which we work. Over the past decade as a strategic and creative director, Alexander has lead efforts across brand identity, campaigns, and web projects for early stage startups and legacy companies alike. Previously founding a firm that supported non-profits and mission driven organizations in the Bay Area, and as Creative Director for social impact agency Guru, Alexander led projects that prioritized missions in social and environmental justice and health equity, for clients like The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, NASA Earth Sciences, and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. As a partner of Superior Branding Company, Alexander has helped develop a new model of brand strategy based on the psychology of Carl Jung, with a focus on organizational self-awareness. Alexander has recently led brand strategy and architecture initiatives for George Washington University, Google, and Phillips Industries.
