I'm a Software Engineer passionate about delivering amazing products that make the life of our users easier and let's them focus on what is important for them, their life and their business. With 9 years of experience in both on-prem and cloud services, I’ve built critical enterprise products and teams that enabled a wide range of use cases, from modern event oriented architectures to highly scalable and highly available user experiences. A big part of delivering amazing products is building great teams, by compensating the different skills that each have on its toolbox. As a tech lead, I care about all aspects of the team, career paths and how can I help them get there, providing critical feedback that will help them to grow their skill sets.
