I have been working in the financial consulting and investment banking field for almost 20 years with a bit of auditing experience. I joined Grant Thornton Thailand in 2017 as a Manager - Financial Advisory Services and became a Director in Jan 2022. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, I was a Vice President, Investment Banking at Chimera Company Limited and Senior Financial Consultant with EY Corporate Services Limited and Baker Tilly Corporate Advisory Services (Thailand). I graduated with an MBA in English program (Finance) from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and hold a Financial Advisory (FA) and supervisor License approved by the SEC. I also have experience in independent financial advisory services with respect to asset acquisition and disposition, whitewash, tender offer, private placement, REIT, delisting and connected transactions of Thailand publicly listed entities.
