I act as creative director and founder of Company Policy where we specialize in creating and building brands through crafting visual identities and narratives helping companies build, grow and evolve. We build timeless brands by not chasing visual appeal and style, but rather honing the full communication of a brand to make sure it is looking, talking and feeling like itself. We partner with leaders and founders who are invested 
and involved, who want to create or do what’s next not what’s been done, and who are obsessed with quality and innovation. We’ve embedded with teams and worked directly with founders. I'm a former teacher who taught at The School of Visual Arts MFA and BFA programs as well as at Cornell Tech MBA program. I'm passionate about design education and harnessing the creative process.
