With 20+ years of experience, I’ve managed global delivery through integrated onshore/offshore models, driven operational excellence, and led large-scale transformation initiatives, including robotic process automation, AI program rollouts, M&A integrations (a process I currently own globally), and crypto/metaverse solutions. My focus is on optimizing systems, scaling operations, and bridging technical complexity with business needs to drive lasting results. Transformation is about more than systems or processes. It’s about people. Success happens when teams, stakeholders, and leaders are aligned, collaboration thrives, and change is guided effectively. I’m the go-to person for big, cross-functional, complex projects. I'm currently running the Enterprise Center of Excellence (COE), Americas Financial Operations (FinOps), and Global Communications, delivering results across business and technical functions. Outside of work, I’m a competitive offshore sailor and a 3x Ironman triathlete—so I know about resilience and strategy.
