After over a decade in the food and beverage industry, I have taken that energy and moved it toward social services and mental health services. My previous roles in varied settings within the mental health field and hospitality industry provided me with a unique perspective that informs my current practice with individuals. I work with individuals from all backgrounds and of all ages and offer individual therapy and also career coaching services.
