I’m a strategic communications leader and founder of Maloy PR, a full-service public relations and marketing communications firm. We help organizations remove confusion, gain visibility, and build trust through clear messaging, thoughtful strategy, and results-driven campaigns. With more than two decades of experience, I’ve led high-stakes communications efforts across healthcare, higher education, technology, and public service. I’ve partnered with organizations such as Sport Clips, Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine, Rocky Mountain University, Utah Valley Chamber, and Waterford Institute—helping each turn complexity into clarity and meaningful audience engagement. I serve in the Utah House of Representatives, where I also serve as Chair of the Business, Labor, and Commerce Committee. My work in the legislature has shaped policy around economic development, regulatory reform, and individual liberty—often requiring negotiation across diverse viewpoints. That experience sharpens my approach to communications: strategic, principled, and focused on long-term outcomes. Whether guiding a full communications program, supporting a campaign, or advising leaders through a reputational challenge, I bring calm under pressure, clarity in message, and a commitment to moving audiences toward connection and trust.
