I'm exploring the future of financial services while working at the intersections of law, policy and regulation. I have experience working with digital asset companies, fintechs, payments companies and legacy financial institutions. Throughout my career I have focused on developing policies that foster responsible innovation while emphasizing consumer protection and regulatory oversight. My policy experience includes issues related to crypto licensing requirements, crypto lending and earn products, stablecoin regulation, BSA/AML/KYC standards, bank-fintech partnership agreements, real time payments, cybersecurity standards, third-party risk management, AI/ML, and a number of consumer financial regulations. My experience at law firms, in house and at trade associations has taught me to understand the various priorities and drive consensus between institutions' legal, compliance and business units.
