We're building Bitso's Acquisition engineering function from the ground up, and we need an Engineering Manager who can lead with both code and context. In this hands-on role, you'll split your time between writing production code and building a high-performing team — shaping how Bitso acquires and activates the next generation of crypto users across Latin America.
This isn't a traditional management role where you sit on the sidelines. You'll be deep in the codebase alongside your team while driving the people, processes, and product decisions that make the Acquisition squad successful. As the team matures and Acquisition becomes a larger function within Bitso, you'll play a central role in scaling the team and shaping its culture and technical direction.
