As an Account Executive, you will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into satisfied Stripe users. You'll manage a named account list, serving as the main point of contact for many new and growing businesses interested in Stripe. You will also be responsible for generating your own outbound leads. You’ll handle the full sales cycle, including onboarding new users. You're an energetic and organized self-starter; you understand the sales process, can build relationships with the right decision-makers, and can succinctly define and communicate the specific benefits of Stripe that are appropriate for each user.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €153,800 - €230,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
