I explore and build web3 collectives, combining org design theory with online community operational excellence. Through this work, I serve as a sort of network architect and look to discover emergent digital-first operating models. Currently, I am responsible for governance systems of the ZKsync protocol in the Ethereum ecosystem. Earlier this year, I participated in the Summer of Protocols program as a Core Researcher. The research throughout the summer focused on online formations like swarms and how protocols influence their structure. If you are passionate and relentless in the pursuit of new models of networked collaboration, lets connect. Together we can garden and engineer our terrain of communication through next-generation leadership, operations, and community management technologies.

Ridho Izzulhaq is a professional programmer and technology writer from Indonesia. He has achieved the MURI award for the Youngest Single Board Computer Book Author and has been involved in several winning hackathon projects such as the BPJS Healthkathon, officially organized by the Indonesian government. Ridho is currently active as a script writer for Codepolitan, one of the largest coding learning platforms in Indonesia. He also serves as the partnership officer for Startup Bandung, an organization that supports and advocates for over 200 startups in Indonesia. Additionally, Ridho holds the position of media coordinator at Bangka Tekno Hub, an organization focused on promoting and developing coding skills in the Bangka Belitung province.
