I am a seasoned executive and industry leader with over two decades of experience in payments, fintech, compliance, and risk management. Throughout my career, I have helped financial institutions, fintech companies, and high-growth businesses navigate complex regulatory environments, optimize financial operations, and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Formerly a Senior Managing Director and Practice Lead at Ankura, I focused on regulatory compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, and financial disputes, working with clients to mitigate risks and enhance operational resilience. Previously, as President & COO of Chartwell Compliance, I led the firm’s expansion into North America’s leading fintech compliance advisory and outsourcing provider, delivering best-in-class compliance solutions to payments processors, money transmitters, and regulated industries.
My expertise covers a broad range of areas, including alternative and traditional payments, fraud detection and prevention, U.S. state money transmission licensing, FX management, hedging, cash flow and working capital management, business risk consulting, and IT audit. Additionally, I have a strong background in operations management, business development, account management, and the application of Kaizen lean management principles to drive efficiency.
