Vasileios is a seasoned tech founder & CEO dedicated to innovation across both the public and private sectors. Early in his career, he designed Greece’s 1st secure SSO campus-wide WiFi network and interconnected wirelessly campus buildings increasing 80x the speeds and reducing 70% the costs. In parallel he also founded Philoxenos, a privacy-focused e-mail provider in Greece and played a pivotal role in the early stages of the Athens Wireless Metropolitan Network, which interconnected major cities across Greece via high-speed WiFi. Following his studies, he launched the 1st company in Greece to provide turn-key hotel WiFi solutions and enabled the university to become the 1st city-wide wireless ISP for students and faculty. He later built 7L International and MassiveGRID that successfully scaling its global reach to over 150 countries. Today Vasileios is located in New York and continues to lead 7L International specializing in Design, Development, and Marketing services, as well MassiveGRID providing Secure, High Availability Cloud Services.

Charlotte Japp Crater is a Business Development Leader at Cooley, the #1 law firm in the US and globally for VC financings. In addition to technology companies, the firm represents 700+ venture capital funds. In her career, Charlotte has worked at XRC Ventures, ff Venture Capital, TikTok, Live Nation, VICE, and consulted with several early stage startups. She graduated from Georgetown University with honors. During her time as a VC Platform leader, Charlotte worked with seed stage startups in FinTech, AI, B2B SaaS, consumer products, and robotics. She also oversaw brand marketing for funds to expand visibility across the US, Canada, Israel, and Central & Eastern Europe. In 2018, Charlotte founded CIRKEL (cirkel.co), a startup aiming to address ageism in the workforce and help older workers thrive along the longer lifespan (and workspan). CIRKEL facilitated highly personalized cross-generational connections, offering new sources of career development and lifelong learning to siloed professionals. In her free time, Charlotte sits on two educational boards: The Chapin School where she attended for middle school and high school, as well as The Stanford Center on Longevity. She has spoken at conferences around the world about the intersection of aging and work.
