I like to start my intro from a geographical standpoint: I'm from São Paulo, Brazil, but more specifically, Capão Redondo, a peripheral neighborhood, full of hardships and where resources were limited. Being raised in Capão shaped me in two key aspects that can be seen along my career: 1️⃣ The pursuit of excellence as a tool to transform my reality. 2️⃣ A diverse perspective, originated from an adverse environment. That translates into a leadership style highly focused on driving results and a collaborative work environment where people's ideas are respected, valued and can find a fertile soil to grow. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with various marketing disciplines - branding, advertising, growth, performance, creators, content - for local, regional, and global brands, under different POVs — agency-side, client-side and platform-side. I have a big chunk of my career working in advertising agencies and another chunk working in tech / marketing. I graduated in Advertising, but my curiosity (or let’s say, my need to learn) has taken me deeper into areas like psychoanalysis, semiotics, innovation, ESG, and, most recently, I began the certification process to become an Advisory Board Member.
