I'm a Visual Merchandising and Design professional experienced at the corporate and field levels with major retailers as well as branded specialty and destination/entertainment retail. I'm creative and innovative in design and development, sourcing, specification, procurement, and translating ideas visually across channels. I have excellent working relationships with vendors and agencies. I'm responsible for store esthetics, merchandising standard guidelines, print and digital in-store signing and graphics presentations. I create merchandising planograms, conceptual mock-ups for presentations, and new initiatives, I collaborate across channels including retail. marketing, business-to-business, third-party retail, events, and fulfillment. My experience includes office redesign and application, assist in design, planning, and implementation of store remodels, new store and kiosks, designing branded presentations and fixtures. I designed and installed a "studio" for the broadcast of Ethel M Chocolates "Virtual Tasting Experience" initiative for e-commerce. I custom-designed and sourced the needed protection measures for the Ethel M Chocolates retail stores and administrative offices during the COVID 19 pandemic receiving a stellar rating from Mars Wrigley Corporate, giving us approval to open again to the public at a confidence level above CDC guidelines. The nature of my position is very fluid allowing me to expand my experience and knowledge while addressing new challenges and adapting to the ever-evolving interests of our guests and customers.
