YGBW was named a 2025 Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer for the second consecutive year. In 2024, we awarded $2.6 Million dollars in financial assistance to ensure that all members of the community have access to our services - regardless of race, gender, faith, abilities or financial means.
