Our training sessions incorporate both strength and cardiovascular work, with a range of exercises that will workout the whole body such as press ups, pull ups, squats, sit ups, tuck jumps, shuttle runs, sprints, star jumps and body combat techniques, to name a few. Our training philosophy is 'the world is a gym' – therefore we aren't limited by conventional boundaries and no fancy gym equipment is needed except for what nature provides.
