Thistle Seafoods is a family-owned, highly innovative, low-cost private label manufacturer of frozen and chilled coated and added value seafood products whose origins date back to 1947. Now based in a modern manufacturing base in Peterhead, Scotland, we are one of the largest independent seafood processors in the UK. The main part of our business is supplying chilled seafood products to retailers, although we do also have a sizeable frozen value-added business supplying Retail and Food Service companies both here in the UK and internationally.
