An Australian-wide community group working to level the gender imbalance in technical leadership teams. | Tech Leading Ladies is an Australian community group that aims to bridge the gender gap in our technical leadership teams. Our group began as an internal coaching circle at xero in 2017 by Michelle Gleeson, when she saw a high drop-off in the representation of women in leadership positions and set about fixing the problem. Six months later, we opened the group up publicly, and now are a skilled, supportive community stretching across Australia and New Zealand.
