Hillsborough Street, is an independent, non-profit business improvement district created by a partnership between the City of Raleigh, NC State University, property owners, and businesses on Hillsborough Street.   Our mission is to make the Hillsborough Street community a distinct destination in Raleigh by providing services and programs that improve the economic sustainability of the territory's businesses and increase the market value of its properties.
