Cognimark, through our proprietary AI services and partners, aims to provide comprehensive neurology support to clinicians by 1) enabling early detection and intervention through risk-stratification in primary care, 2) providing detailed neurology and operational support at the patient visit, and 3) support appropriate next steps of care (e.g., clinical trials, therapies, neurologists). Our proprietary algorithm ingests any combination of standard-of-care data (EHRs, neuropsychological testing, blood-based biomarkers, imaging, labs, and more) to produce detailed neurology reports focused on dementia stage and etiology.
