I am an experienced Marketing Community Manager with over 4.5 years working with users in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I also have 2.5 years of expertise in Product Localization for a leading blockchain financial company. My work includes growing communities and improving how users experience products. I have a strong background in understanding what users need and helping teams make things better. For example, I helped increase user engagement by over 300% in communities and grew the user base by 40%. My analytical and research skills, developed through a scientific research bursary for the Brazilian Federal Government Agency, complement my experience in organizing events and working with different departments like UI, SSM, CM, and BD. I am committed to getting good results and enjoy using my skills to help develop products in the Blockchain and Web3 area.

Surprisingly, I started my career as an investment banker. It taught me many things, but most importantly, I realized that despite being a great performer, that was not my purpose in this world. So, I stopped for a journey of self-discovery. I spent 3.5 years on the road and visited over 50 countries, volunteering and learning as much as I could. It would be difficult to describe how much traveling has changed me, but it's easy to see how it has helped me find a way to change the world. People with less resources, less inspiration, less drive, or just in search of self-knowledge. Everyone, eventually. At the end of that incredible trip, I co-founded Worldpackers, a platform that, 9 years later, brings together more than 4 million passionate travelers who contribute to making a positive impact in more than 140 countries around the world.
