I also coach managers to be impeccable with their words and inspire their teams to achieve their best. As a certified mediator, I navigate complex employee relations issues with empathy and a data-driven approach, always focused on fostering positive outcomes and trust.

I’m a Development Partner who develops careers, ideas and businesses with values aligned partners. I believe in a world where we can do our best work and show up our best selves, while creating space for others to do the same.
And, I strive to model that belief in my life and through my work which is grounded in principles drawn from my experience leading creative teams as a Producer, Development Coach, Talent Manager, Org. Development/Change Management Consultant and Musician.

Project Development – Producing & Team Leadership:
Leading teams delivering creative, digital and strategy projects while applying a human and organizational development lens – delivering work we're proud of while considering the humans that make it happen.
