Before I started my own company I worked for several of the largest residential property management companies in the country. The experience, training and contacts I gained from working with these companies has allowed me to provide to my current clients the benefits of that knowledge combined with the personal service of a small company. I manage a variety of apartment communities in Southern California but am available for consulting assignments in other areas of the country. My career has given me the opportunity to manage communities from Texas to Hawaii and Washington State to California which gives me a wide range of geographic experience. An exciting challenge I took on several years ago was managing a large group of rental condominiums in a previously for sale condo conversion in La Jolla CA. My knowledge of the management and operations of the association combined with my ability to maximize the operations of the rental units allowed me to take on this opportunity.
