With over 15 years in New York City’s events industry, Gavin Stephenson has built a career at the intersection of sales and production, executing large-scale brand experiences that leave an impact. His expertise includes product launches, experiential activations, milestone celebrations, fundraising galas, concerts, and more. Gavin specializes in selling and executing complete event packages, from securing the venue and coordinating the catering to managing production, staffing, and vendors. As a hands-on leader, Gavin’s ability to execute high-value collaborations has led to his multi-year relationships with major brands including Facebook, Ogilvy, Spotify, and the Fresh Air fund. At Wizard Studios, Gavin is bringing his expertise to projects that require top-tier creative, scenic, and A/V solutions. Wizard’s collaborative environment allows him to work alongside like-minded event professionals to create unforgettable event experiences. Driven by his passion for immersive experiences and music, Gavin also leads the underground music production company, ebb + flow.
