Elevating Business Through Inspired Leadership.
At Korn Ferry, I currently lead the Professional Services Sector and responsible for client acquisition and end-to-end project execution.
With over 15 years of experience partnering with technology companies to build exceptional leadership teams, I specialize in retained executive search, business development and work closely with clients to identify and attract emerging and transformational leaders who drive real business impact.
My work spans across functions—from Corporate Strategy and Product Management to Software Engineering, Sales, and Operations—and I’ve successfully placed executives including CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CFOs, CISOs, Presidents, General Managers, and SVP/VP-level leaders.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a broad range of organizations—from Fortune 1000 companies and global multinationals to private equity–backed mid-cap firms and VC-funded startups across North America. Regardless of company size or stage, my goal remains the same: to be a strategic advisor and deliver high-quality, lasting talent solutions.
While I continue to mentor and coach Associates currently, I have built and managed large teams in the past.
My core areas of focus include Software & Platforms, IT Services, Professional Services, and Consulting. Beyond executive placements, I bring deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership consulting, technical recruitment, new business development, and executive coaching.
What sets me apart is my ability to balance strategic thinking with a deeply personal, relationship-driven approach. I don’t just fill roles—I invest the time to understand each client’s unique culture and business goals, ensuring every leadership hire is aligned for long-term success. I take pride in being a thoughtful partner, a trusted advisor, and a passionate advocate for both clients and candidates.
I'm always open to connecting—if you're scaling your business, strengthening your leadership bench, or charting your next career chapter drop me a note.
