I spent much of my career in service of some of the most admired brands on the planet. Ones like: Microsoft, Nike, Chrysler, BMW, Procter and Gamble and Pepsico, to name just a few. I held many roles in the agency world, from account manager and strategic planner, to managing director, president and ultimately CEO, a post I held three times. When I decided it was time to move on to a new challenge outside of "agency" I found it harder to make the move than I thought it would be. I needed an agent. But that service was only provided to sport celebrities, Hollywood and YouTubers. I thought that was a massive gap in need of filling. For the last seven years I have had the great honor of working alongside some of the most thoughtful and inspiring leaders in business. My principal role has been in helping them to figure out exactly what it was they wanted to do next, and how to make it happen. With Excelerators Inc, I am moving one-step further into organizations to ensure that leaders like the ones in my network have the greatest chance of success. While my team and I continue to work with top leaders individually, we bring our unique framework into professional services businesses to ensure that what needs to get done actually gets done. While in the end, it will always be about the talent, Excelerators Inc applies organizational strategy and design to leadership teams to give that talent the very best chance to achieve what they and their organizations deserve.
