I began my career sailing around the world to collect global solutions for climate change with a UN Global Climate Expedition. I came to realise that the best solutions exist already, but these visionaries needed more visibility to scale. Hence; I moved to Singapore to become a systems entrepreneur—connecting people and building B Corp certified companies that work with multinational clients, financial institutions, family offices, academic institutions, Governments & visionary social enterprises on strategy & storytelling. I now lead Global Communications at Dalberg, working with colleagues and clients around the world to amplify critical ideas: bringing impact narratives to life, localizing with cultural nuance for deeper resonance, translating complex data into easy-to-grasp insights, uniting diverse stakeholders, and ultimately contributing to our collective mission to deliver on systemic change. Alice Huang Wijaya (黄于庭) is a writer, content creator, and tech professional. A versatile multimedia storyteller with six years of experience across editorial, PR and marketing for agile startups, she has studied, worked, and traveled extensively in the United States, Europe, and Asia. As a journalist, she covered a wide variety of eclectic topics such as sex, gender and relationship, underground culture, psychedelics, and spirituality, technology, cryptocurrency and finance. Her work has appeared for media publications like VICE, Rice Media, Vulcan Post, Cointelegraph, and The Edge Singapore. As a data driven content marketer, she has worked with many commercial brands across industries and worn many different hats in bridging the cross between sales, PR and marketing in lean startup environments. As an author, the excerpts of her debut autofiction The American Dream had been workshopped during her studies with esteemed writers such as Laura Van Den Berg and Jamaica Kincaid. It was also shortlisted for SingLit Station 2020 Manuscript Bootcamp award. It was published with Penguin Random House in August 2023. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
