With 15 years of experience at Viasat, I have an extensive background in program management and have led teams to successful product launches and improvements. In my previous role as Director of Technical Programs - Global Networks and Technology, I managed a team responsible for large revenue partnership contracts and multi-million-dollar software budgets. I have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and ensure customer success. In my previous roles, including Senior Program and Product Management and Senior Technical Program Management, I have been responsible for P&L ownership, driving growth metrics, and negotiating partner contracts with limited risk to Viasat. I possess expertise in program management applications and IT applications, and have advanced certifications in PMP, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies. My presentations and publications on supply chain optimization and S&OP tactics have demonstrated my industry thought leadership. As a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program, product and leadership management, I have recently transitioned into a challenging and dynamic role in Strategy & Operations at Viasat. In this role, I am focused on developing and implementing effective strategies that achieve business growth and improve operational efficiencies.
